Mrs. Nithyashree Mahadevan & Sri.L.Sabarethnam inaugurated the 5th ITC Margazhi Festival of Issai Mazhalai. They conferred the title BAALA KALA RATHNA on Kalpalathika, Brinda Manikavasagan, Kaushik Sivaramakrishnan & Prasanth Veeraraghavan. This function was followed by a week long Festival of 21 concerts.
